Handling & delivery

Delivery of all our U.K mainland destined orders is by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Courier delivery and costs from £2.95 and is calculated on weight and value of consignment.
All orders are processed between 9am-5.00pm Mon-Fri. Subject to stock availability, orders received before 2pm are usually dispatched on the same day as they are processed.
If an item is out of stock you will be notified as soon as possible and given an expected delivery date.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. Only UK approved goods are supplied. Goods are not supplied on a trial basis, please check compatibility prior to purchase. If within 30 days of purchase, but BEFORE opening the product, you decide that the product is unsuitable please contact us to arrange a returns number and we will refund the item on receipt of the goods minus any carriage costs.
Please also note that there may be a 15% restocking charge for non-faulty items.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that goods are returned suitably packaged, using a method whereby proof of delivery can be obtained where necessary. The original delivery charge will not be refunded against non-faulty goods returned under the 30-day money back guarantee. Returns not complying with these terms will be refused.

All damaged goods must be notified within 7 working days of receipt.

Our company endeavours to respond to complaints within 5 working days.
